This Northeast neighborhood is known for its nightlife, restaurants, pop-ups, festivals and communal atmosphere.

The neighborhood’s largest event is the annual H Street Festival, which spans 10 blocks and attracts roughly thousands of patrons. Highlights of the fall event include musical performances and multi-cultural entertainment, in addition to art exhibits, for-sale crafts and an array of offerings from local food trucks and restaurants.'

This converted interior bedroom measures out at just under 100 square feet and offers maximum privacy. It features wall-to-wall berber carpeting, dual closets, central heating and cooling and a coziness that will make you feel right at home. It lacks a window so it's perfect for light/sensitive sleepers or those who might suffer migraines or otherwise be sensitive to direct sunlight.

This double bedroom includes two twin sized, regular style (both placed on floor, unbunked) beds with serta mattresses. The occupants of this room will share the hallway bathroom with the occupant of the private bedroom as well as the hallway closet for additional clothing storage space.
