Gym Membership

1) Click on the golds gym logo to the right to get started ->
2) enter your full name/email address
3) COMPLETE & submit the liability waiver/member application

Upon submission your application is sent to gold's gym corporate offices for approval. this procedure can take up to 72 business hours for your membership to be active in their system.

after 72 business hours, you may visit any of gold's gyms 22 dc area locations and give the front desk staff your mobile number to look up your membership
